- For email, put your personal email, as you may want to continue volunteering at RAM clinics after graduating
- It is highly suggested to use your email as your username
- Fill out Demographics and Background section accordingly
- Select all of the languages that you are fluent in (translators are always needed!)
- If you have not obtained your Bloodborne pathogen certification, please click this link and complete the steps of the program to get your certification for the year.
- For Interested in traveling within the US for clinics, check yes
- For company/organization, write “NSU RAM”. Do not check company matching.
- Fill out Emergency Contact
- Fill out Profession or Volunteer Classification
- For event area, click General Support
- For profession/classification, click General Support
- If it applies, check I am a healthcare student and fill out the section.
- Fill out Events & Assignments
- Do not specify for state, category, or event.
- If you choose to do so, upload a profile picture
- Upload your bloodborne pathogen certification to the Volunteer Documents section
- Complete liability waiver
- Click save & submit
- Once complete, please attach a screenshot of the registration confirmation when completing the clinic registration form
- In the form, also include your Bloodborne Pathogens certification and a screenshot confirming your membership dues.
