Our Mission
At NSU Remote Area Medical (NSU RAM), our mission is aligned with our parent organization, Remote Area Medical (RAM), incorporating the core values of compassion, respect, and integrity. We strive to improve access to free, high-quality medical, dental, and vision care for individuals in need while also fostering compassion, leadership, and lifelong service among our members.

Who We Are
We are a student-led chapter of the national nonprofit Remote Area Medical (RAM), based at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Our team is comprised of dedicated undergraduate students from diverse academic backgrounds who are passionate about healthcare access, community engagement, and service learning.

What We Do
We partner with Remote Area Medical to host and support free pop-up clinics offering medical, dental, and vision services to underserved populations.
We also host community-building and support-focused events designed to help pre-health students grow, connect, and develop professionally. Throughout the year, our members also volunteer locally to strengthen our impact within the surrounding communities.
